Can I Manage My Hosting from a Mobile Device?

Yes — you can manage your Hostking account and hosting control panel from any smartphone or tablet using your browser. No app download is needed.


Managing Your Account (Client Portal)

The Hostking client portal at my.hostking.host is fully mobile-responsive. From your phone's browser you can:

  • View and manage your hosting services and domains
  • Open and reply to support tickets
  • Pay invoices
  • Retrieve your support PIN
  • Upgrade your hosting plan

Simply go to my.hostking.host in your browser and log in as normal.


Managing Your Hosting Control Panel (DirectAdmin)

DirectAdmin is also mobile-responsive and works well in a phone browser. Log in using the DirectAdmin URL in your welcome email, or go to my.hostking.host, click your hosting service and click Login to DirectAdmin.

From DirectAdmin on mobile you can:

  • Create and manage email accounts
  • Check your disk usage
  • Manage your DNS records
  • Access the File Manager
  • View your website statistics

For detailed tasks like editing files or database management, a desktop or laptop is more practical — but for day-to-day management your phone works fine.


Accessing Webmail on Mobile

To read and send emails on your phone, you have two options:

Option 1 — Set up email in your phone's Mail app

Go to mail.yourdomain.com in your browser and log in with your email address and password.
