Before starting to use your cPanel VPS server here are a few things to note:
- We will monitor and add your server to our monitoring to ensure server is up and running 24/7 a day.
- We do not monitor individual websites
- We do not monitor backups
- We do not monitor any third party services on the server.
- We basically monitor PING, EXIM and Blacklist checks
- If server stops suddenly we will start it up again.
- We will assist you when you require us to investigate and troubleshoot your server when necessary.
- cPanel will be preinstalled and configured with the most common and secure settings needed.
Your responsibilities:
- Do not host fraudulent or spam content on the servers.
- Porn or Gambling websites are not allowed
- Streaming websites aswell are not allowed
- Ensure you monitor your VPS Usage and upgrade when necessary.
- Have a good Disaster recovery backup plan incase of Disaster or just regularly download all your data monthly to your PC, on a spare drive.
- If you can afford invest in a good malware cleaner to secure your websites and keep safe, we recommend:
- Imunify360 or ImunifyAV
- Config Service Exploit Scanner
- Opsshield (CpGuard)
