Announcement of New Trading Hours
Dear Valued ClientWe have adjusted our support times to allow more staff to work during busy hours when we find more customers requiring support.Effective from the 16th of September 2024, our new operating hours will be as follows: Monday to Friday:

Discontinuing Whatsapp Support
We will no longer be supporting through Whatsapp going forward due to us only having a few customers that require support on that channel.
Most customers seem to come online through our website live chat where we support hundreds of customers each day.

Fighting Spam and Mass Mailing on our Servers
In order to keep our servers off Blacklists we have put some limits in place with effect immediately.
This is to combat customers that are doing mass mailing affecting performance of our servers or spam. This is against our Terms of Service.
