At times Spammers or Fraudsters send emails to customers either using your account or it may be you if you are a fraudster doing so.

We recommend you refrain or stop doing so. Also ensure you are using strong passwords.

We do not look into it regularly however we may and usually do get a request from Police department (IT and Security Team) or ISPA who request information from us.

They usually provide us with a warrant for this information. When we receive it by law we will need to provide logs, IP addresses used and any information they may require to track down the source.

We may also mark your account as possible Fraud on our system and monitor new registrations or services you add.

Once done on our system it cannot be cleared as our backups are kept for 365 days at a remote site and we provide that to them aswell for the domains or the whole account in question.

Note: We do not refund customers that have been marked as fraudulent via Online Payment gateways only via EFT so we can log that data swell if required.
