Unfortunately it is not advisable to run django on a cpanel or plesk shared hosting environment.

We currently do not offer postgres to enable django to work correctly,you would be required to use mysql,which you will need to find a way for the two to work.
The only alternative will be to install Django an one of our unmanaged VPS servers.
