We have been testing various different chat systems on our website to see how our staff and the stats work together to give us better quality provided by our agents aswell as to monitor their performance on it.
We have tried the following chat systems:
Tawk.to
LiveChatInc
WHMCS Stardevelop Live Chat
Zopim
Olark
The testing has taken us just over 6 months to perform and it seems Zopim is by far the best option out there due to the following:

We thought initially livechatinc was better in reporting but it works more with averages than individual stats of each agent.
We've now moved to Zopim and think it is what we require going forward. It is quite expensive per agent but there is currently nothing better on the market we can find that is easy and simple to get the stats we wanted with just a click of a button.
We thank the customers that have also helped us in testing these various chat systems over the past months and reported issues we had to resolve.
We are sure this choice should provide better customer service going forward.
